A significant number of Syrian refugee children experience hearing loss due to the trauma of bomb blasts and prolonged exposure to conflict. Many Palestinian refugee children and vulnerable local Jordanian children also face similar challenges. HHRD recognized this urgent and often overlooked need, providing hearing aids and support to help these children reconnect with their families, participate in education, and engage fully in their communities.

A grave number of Syrian refugee children suffer hearing loss due to bomb blasts and the conflict from which they fled. HHRD recognized this unique need in addition to the needs of Palestinian refugee and local Jordanian children.Β
The suggested donation is $350 for one pair of hearing aids (1 child). This cost includes the device and all associated services like consultation, diagnosis, delivery of the device, training and follow-up, etc.
