2026 : Phase I:
Outpatient Diagnosis, Rehabilitation & Training Center Fully operational and serving patients today.
2030–2035 : Phases II–IV:
Development of a 150-bed Inpatient Neuro-Rehabilitation Hospital, including planning, land acquisition, and construction.
2030–2050 : Phase V:
Expansion of care through 130 satellite rehabilitation centers across Pakistan.
2040–2050 : Phases VI–VII:
Establishment of Rehabilitation Colleges, Research Centers, and ultimately Pakistan’s first Neurosciences University, complete with student residences.
