Smiles Across the Miles
The In-Kind Gifts Program delivers essential goods and services directly to those in need, instead of monetary donations. Items include clothes, shoes, food, hygiene kits, school supplies, and medical equipment. A wheelchair restores mobility, while clothing and shoes protect children from harsh conditions. These shipments are part of HHRDโs ongoing humanitarian efforts, providing urgently needed aid to hospitals, schools, and civilians in war-affected regions.
In-Kind Gifts Current Intervention
In recent years, HHRD’s In-Kind Gifts Program has responded to a wide range of humanitarian emergencies, including providing relief to communities in Jamaica, supporting families impacted by the devastating floods in Pakistan and Bangladesh, assisting Rohingya refugees, and delivering essential aid to people across the Middle East affected by conflict and displacement. The program continues to serve internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other refugee populations by providing food, clothing, bedding, hygiene kits, medical supplies and equipment, educational materials, and other life-sustaining essentials.

Help Build Healthy Communities
HHRD currently supports 2,700 children with disabilities across Pakistan, Jordan, Kenya, and Afghanistan. These children often face marginalization due to poverty, prejudice, and lack of services, preventing them from fully participating in society. Your contribution of $720 per year, or $60 per month, can help provide essential care, education, and opportunities, giving these children a chance to thrive with dignity and hope.
